Our support programs and supplemental services are designed to help maximize
your investment in RFMS. Comprehensive on-line help files are included with
all RFMS software programs and are continually updated with the newest features
and enhancements. As part of the annual maintenance service, you are provided
with software enhancements throughout the year to keep your software current
with new features.

Not only does RFMS keep your software program and help files current and
up-to-date, you have unlimited access to help desk account managers
who gets to know you and your business.

All of your calls to the help desk are logged into a database allowing
our staff (and you) to manage your RFMS usage and program knowledge to
ensure you are taking advantage of all the software has to offer.

RFMS employs a staff of in-house program developers who work full-time
upgrading and expanding the capabilities of the RFMS Business Management
System. We understand what it takes to run a flooring business because
many of our staff members have real-world experience working in or managing
flooring businesses themselves.
