RFMS Experience
Twenty years of RFMS experience, both as a client, a trainer/consultant and as a regional director. Ruby incorporates a real world perspective of all aspects of a flooring operation into her RFMS training and implementation to help clients use the RFMS tool effectively in their operations.
Ruby's expertise as a Project Manager incorporates best practices, workflow analysis and business process improvement. She has successfully managed many large and complex RFMS system implementations by taking a comprehensive view of the client's business needs and customizing a plan that will best match the RFMS software capabilities to their requirements.
- In depth knowledge of best practices in the builder, retail, commercial and multi-family segments of the flooring industry. Successfully implemented or trained over 300 clients, streamlining their order entry, inventory management, scheduling, installer and job costing processes.
- Instrumental in driving the integration of all technologies for Floor Space, a $40 million builder busines in the San Francisco bay area. While at The Carpet Corner, Ruby implemented RFMS core in 1990 and used the software to process retail, builder, insurance/restoration and commercial projects.
- Proficient with RFMS Core, Enterprise Manager, Measure, Schedule Pro, ERRM, NHMS, Import/Export and BidPro, as well as the forthcoming Client Management Module.
