RFMS Experience
Over seventeen years of flooring industry experience in sales, operations, finance and training. Six plus years of RFMS experience as a consultant and as a project director. David incorporates a wide range of business expereience in the flooring industry into the RFMS training and implementation programs to help clients use the RFMS tool effectively in their businesses.
David's experience incorporates best practices, business analysis and process improvement. He has successfully managed large and complex RFMS system implementations and consulting projects by taking a comprehensive view of the client's business needs, creating a customized plan of action and coordinating the proper resources to ensure that the RFMS software capabilities match the client's requirements and expectations.

Currently reviewing and updating all aspects of the RFMS training experience, including training program offerings, training guides and materials, website resources and profesional development. The goal is to deliver high quality education and training via on-site, e-learning and webinars.
- Developed a team to successfully implemented B2B E-Commerce technology with over 600 RFMS clients, and 25 major suppliers. Key laison, technical consultant and champion for the industry's B2B initiative. Charter member of the fcb2b standards organization.
- Developed and implemented a strategy and transition plan to move Pier One Imports from a store pull to a corporate replenishment system, lowering the company's inventory stocking levels by $45 million.
