David Kilbourne RFMS Experience

Nine years of RFMS experience, working in all aspects of the business: from development and documentation, through testing, implementation, and training, to support.

Heather has primarily focused on the design center management software, NHMS, and has also worked to implement SchedulePro in businesses of all sizes and in all sectors of the industry. She currently supports the NHMS, SchedulePro, and Enterprise Manager products and is working with the new Client Management Module, helping to prepare for its launch in Summer 2009. 

  • Specialized in best practices in the design center and builder industry; has worked to implement NHMS in large builder-focused businesses across the country.

  • Successfully trained over 200 clients on the SchedulePro system, streamlining their scheduling, provider payment, and job costing processes.

  • Works with RFMS Enterprise Manager, Order Entry, Measure, and BidPro, as well as the forthcoming Client Management Module.
