Successfully trained over 300 clients on core RFMS business processes from order entry through month end close.

Proficient with RFMS core, inventory management, bar-coding, GL/accounting, Bid Pro, Schedule Pro and many speciality programs.

Directs the three day New Client Implementation school for new clients, tests and helps update many of the new software features, conducts webinars and performs on site engagements.
