RFMS has designed the Regional Sales Analyst (RSA) program to proactively reach out to our clients and help them be the best users they can be. What ever your RFMS needs may be, your RSA can help!
Your RSA will:
- Be a liaison between you and RFMS, serving as a central-point-of-contact.
- Proactively visit your store to get to know you and the needs of your business.
- Increase your knowledge about RFMS software tools and demonstrate how those tools can benefit you.
- Arrange continuing education training courses for you and your staff.
- Listen to your needs and expectations, meeting those needs in any way possible.
