Experience 

Thirty plus years of floor covering experience as a successful store owner, consultant and industry advocate. Fifteen years of experience using RFMS, using the system to improve installation and customer service controls, estimating and contract writing through follow up on completed jobs.

An expert in claims management, Ken helped many flooring stores increase their claims compensation in accordance with California laws governing claims.

• Organized training events focused on operational excellence and process improvement using software and standardized procedures for a group of 15 stores in the northern California area. Ken’s training meetings and operational strategies were recognized and adopted by a major buying group.

• Consulted with many RFMS users, helping them implement best practices and business process improvement in the areas installation management, claims management and daily business work flow.
