What is E-Learning?
E- Learning is an easy and convenient way to receive interactive training from a live instructor without leaving the comfort of your office.
What are my E-Learning options?
You can use E-Learning for classes in which other clients may be present and also for Consulting with one or more people from just your company. Since consulting time is tailored to your individual needs, it is charged by the hour.
What do you need in order to take an E-Learning course?
First, you will need a valid email address. A link to the meeting will be sent to the email address explaining what to do. So the email address will play an important role in the e-learning process. Another essential detail to note is that the E-Learning class relies on phone lines to deliver audio information. Keep this factor in mind because if a dial up Internet connection is used, then it is necessary to have more than one phone line. Furthermore, broadband high speed Internet is preferred, but not required. Finally, a speakerphone is ideally the best form of audio equipment for a single or multiple listeners.
Do I need any additional software to take an E-Learning course?
No. All you need is the web browser. The necessary software will download automatically.
What will happen once I sign up for a class?
For Group E-Learning courses, you will receive an email with the date, time, etc. for the class that is desired. Also in the email there will be a phone number listed under audio information. Call this number at the time of the meeting. For One-on-One Consulting, an RFMS Training Consultant will contact you to discuss your needs and arrange a convenient time for the training.
During the class will I be able to ask questions?
Yes. You will be able to interact with a live instructor. It is like actually being in the classroom!
What if I need to cancel?
RFMS Policy states that if you cancel ten (10) days before a class a FULL refund will be issued to you. A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel seven (7) days before the class meeting date. If the cancellation is two (2) days before the class is supposed to meet then NO REFUND will be given.
How much does E-Learning cost?
E-learning classes are priced according to the length of the class.
How can I tell what time the class is in my time zone?
