Order entry is the backbone of RFMS. Virtually all of our additional products work via Order Entry. This course teaches the typical user how Order Entry will conduct their business within a given segment.

By the end of this course, attendees will have been shown how to:

• Become familiar with the various configurations that will accommodate your segment
• Select inventory for use on a job
• Select products to acquire for a job
• Basic work order setup
• Select installations for use on a job

  S107 - Claims Processing 

Claims are a ready source of profit for most floor covering providers. RFMS has provided a comprehensive software management tool that allows the dealer to maintain control of both the replacement process for their client and the credit process from the vendor.

The Claims module is built on the concept of taking care of the dealer's client. Once an issue has been identified, a claim can be established and the tracking of costs and efforts started. The elegant design of the Claims module allows the dealer to take care of their client first and foremost. The ultimate settlement and responsible party can be determined after the dealer's client has been satisfied.

All of the tools associated with this process are included in the RFMS core business management system.

The customer import / export class is a hands-on presentation. The attendee must have to have sufficient privileges to allow the trainer access to the attendee’s system. The attendee must have importable data.
