A104 – Sales Commissions
Each sales person can be assigned an active commission schedule. The system has an active commission schedule already installed, to which it will default until you create your own. When you first start using the system, you will probably be getting your commission records from a manual or previously used system. Once commissions are set up, the system will figure commissions at the time of job costing and keep a record of all commissions due each sales person.

A202 – Automated Clearing House / Direct Deposit
ACH is a powerful banking tool that encompasses Human Resources direct deposit features and Accounts Payable check writing. ACH allows the user to electronically pay suppliers and personnel. ACH eliminates the time needed for installers and employees to go to the bank on payday. ACH may also allow you to negotiate preferential terms with your suppliers by paying via ACH.
*Special Note: This software is only available in conjunction with your banking establishment allowing you access to the ACH system. Arrangements must be made directly with the bank.
