This is an interactive demo and demonstrates the proven methods of an efficient workflow that when applied in any flooring business can increase efficiency and improve profitability.

RFMS Handles All Job Types in Your Flooring Operation.

		RFMS System for BUILDER Work Handle Add-ons, Upgrades, Retainage Billing, Scheduling Use Measure to import the floor plan and calculate the areas, then export these quantities to Bid Pro to set up a proposal illustrating allowed figures versus any upgrades. Once a selection sheet is received, products are adjusted and the Bid is exported to Order Entry (add-ons, overages and upgrades) and to Schedule Pro (for scheduling the installation).


		RFMS System for COMMERCIAL Work Progress Bill, Job Retainage, Job Cost Base Line Use Measure for Plan takeoffs and creation of layouts, export to Bid Pro to create a bid illustrating actual costs and apply appropriate profit margins. Once Bid is awarded, export Bid to Order Entry along with any notes or documents attached to the Bid. RFMS then captures a Job Cost Base Line illustrating beginning cost and quantities for future reference. Once job is in process, RFMS allows you to progress bill and track retainage.


		RFMS System for MULTI-FAMILY Work Create Templates, Create & Email PDF Files, Inventory & PO's Use Measure to create templates of floor plans, export to Bid Pro and create templates for all floor plans with available option. When a unit installation is requested, tag and export the appropriate lines on the model template. Print this bid to a PDF file and email to the management company for a PO to be issued. Once a PO is received, export this proposal to Order Entry for inventory procurement, work order and pick ticket generation.


		RFMS System for RETAIL Work Quotes, Sample Checkout, Barcode Capability, Salesfloor Lookup Use Measure to calculate dimensions and create layout, export to Quotes for salesperson to make modifications. Salesperson can check out samples to customer using bar code scanning. Once contract is signed, management exports to Order Entry. After the order is entered, set up the installation in Schedule Pro.


		RFMS System for CASH & CARRY Work True Point-of-Sale System, Credit Card Swipe, Cash Drawer, Barcode Scanning Use Order Entry in conjunction with the powerful barcoding capabilities to create a true point of sale environment. Optional barcode scanners can be used to quickly process cash & carry orders. Check out the cash drawer and credit card swipe machine that is easily configured to use with the Order Entry software.
