Not only does RFMS keep your software program and help files current and up-to-date, you have unlimited access to our own helpdesk account managers who gets to know you and your business. All of your calls to the help desk are logged into a database allowing our staff (and you) to manage your RFMS usage and program knowledge to ensure you are taking advantage of all the software has to offer.
RFMS employs a staff of in-house program developers who work full-time upgrading and expanding the capabilities of the RFMS Business Management System. We understand what it takes to run a flooring business because many of our staff members have real-world experience working in or managing flooring businesses themselves.
