RFMS has a built-in security system allowing you to protect by passwords any and all menu selections. Different passwords levels can be set for any menu selection in the system.
Level One Passwords
Level One is the highest password level and will be acceptable wherever you determine passwords are needed. This level is reserved for management and owners and would have complete access to the entire system.
Other Password Levels
Other password levels are ranked in descending order and can be set to allow specific access to certain modules or even certain screens or even down to the level of function (i.e., add a customer order, print a specific report, etc.).
The RFMS password system gives you complete control over who can access your important and confidential data. Additionally, because it is so secure, you can be assured that your business is protected!
