The Profit Analysis shows profitability and can be sorted by salesperson, store, and job type (residential, commercial, new construction, replacement, etc.). Analysis such as percentages vs. invoice totals and percent vs. materials help you get an overall picture. |

Open Orders

The Open Orders report is extremely important in many areas. Listings can be created that show customer orders entered, but not delivered. The report can be printed out by the estimated delivery date or by the installation date which helps in the scheduling process. It can also be printed out by product codes to assist you in the purchasing task. |

Claims made back to suppliers can be entered and tracked in RFMS. This report allows you to get a printout of claims entered, sorted by supplier, between specific dates, by store and by product type. This is an easy way to be sure you followup on all outstanding claims. |
